WHY IS IMPORTANT TO HIRE A MAKE-UP ARTIST FOR MY WEDDING / EVENT?

Because we have education, experience, knowledge and we create a stress-free, convenient environment. You want everything to be perfect on your wedding day / event. The last thing you need to stress about is making sure your makeup looks just right. Relax; hire a professional makeup artist that will come to you. With experience and skill, a makeup artist is able to create a look for you that fits you, your personality, and enhances your natural beauty. You will save time and energy and its fun!

 

HOW DO I BOOK YOU FOR MY WEDDING / EVENT?

A booking fee of $50 is required in order to secure your event date as booked. The booking fee is a payment that apply towards the total cost of services. No date will be held without a booking fee. A signed contract as well as 50% of the total cost of bridal services (trial, day-of makeup, etc.) is required at the time of your bridal makeup trial. The remaining balance is due on the wedding / event day. Bridal party payments are due at the time of service.

 

I AM NOT SURE WHAT MAKEUP LOOK I WANT ON MY SPECIAL DAY, CAN YOU HELP?

Yes absolutely! I suggest you begin looking through Pinterest or other social media outlets and finding several make-up photos that you like. On your bridal trial, we will create a look based on what you like that will fit you, and help you create the look you are hoping to achieve, from vintage to modern to natural. We will also help you identify and accentuate your most flattering features to reveal your natural beauty. It can be daunting trying to find a look that you want, but I promise the process will be painless.

 

DO YOU OFFER BRIDAL TRIALS? IF SO, WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF THAT?

We do offer bridal trials and would highly recommend it! During the trial, we will discuss and sample out the makeup style you've chosen and tweak it to fit you and make any changes if necessary. With trials, it will also allow you to wear the makeup for the day and see how it feels and holds up in preparation for your wedding day. Then come day of your wedding, we would have the look nailed down already and everything will be a breeze!

 

WHAT IF I WANT TO DO A TRIAL RUN TO DECIDE IF I WANT TO BOOK YOUR SERVICES?

You are more than welcome to book a bridal makeup trial run to decide if you want to book our services. Most people know just by looking at our work and past reviews that they want to book us. If you are still unsure we can definitely book your trial run before hand. Just remember that doing a trial run does not secure your date. If someone else calls and is ready to book before your trial run your date might get taken.

 

DO I COME TO YOU, OR DO  YOU TRAVEL TO MY LOCATION?

We will do whatever works best for you. We have some clients that come to us but the majority of clients want us to come to their location. Coming to you helps to reduce time and stress for that day and also helps things flow smoothly for you. We want you to be most comfortable.

 

 

WHAT IF IM NOT USED TO WEARING MAKEUP?

We always work with each client to ensure he or she looks their absolute best. If you are unsure about makeup, we will work together to create a look that enhances your best features and plays down the areas you may not be as happy with. We don’t want you to feel that we’ve transformed you into someone no one recognizes anymore – unless that's how you want to look!

 

WHAT MAKEUP BRANDS DO YOU USE?
I use a wide range of products from many different brands. Only high quality and high performing products are in our kit to ensure your makeup is flawless on camera. All products are tested for performance prior to making it into our collection. Please contact us with any questions regarding allergies in your party.

 

WILL MY MAKEUP LAST ALL NIGHT?
Absolutely. A true professional makeup application will last the full duration of your event. Not only are the eyes and skin prepared with the proper skin care and priming products, but you will be set and finished with professional powders and sprays that seal in and help fix the makeup in place. All the products in between the prepping and sealing are chosen for their longevity and high performance in all tear/sweat and weather conditions. 

 

WHAT SIZE PARTY CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?

Each artist can do up to 8 people comfortably provided we have enough time. It all depends on what time you have to be ready. We usually would add on additional makeup artists and hairstylist to assist.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY MAKEUP APPLICATION TAKE?

When booking your special occasion makeup appointment, please allow for one hour and 15 minutes. If you are booking a bridal makeup trial, please allow 2 hours’ time. If you are bride, please allow 1 hour and 30 minutes for yourself and one hour per member of the bridal party on the wedding / event day.

 

DO YOU ALSO DO HAIR?

Yes, we offer both hair and makeup for your event. Please let us know you are interested when you contact us.

 

IS YOUR PRICE NEGOTIABLE?

When it comes to hiring a professional makeup artist for on-location or personal services, you definitely get what you pay for! When you hire us, you are hiring an experienced professional that comes to YOU. The level of skill and expertise that you can expect is far superior to hiring a relative, friend or a cosmetic salesperson from the mall. We will however give you the best possible pricing and options that best suites you and your wedding.

 

DO YOU TRAVEL?

We do travel! We are available for destination weddings / events worldwide!

 

WHAT IS YOUR TRAVEL FEE?

We offer 25 miles round-trip complimentary with each event booking. After 25 miles, $1.00 per mile will be figured into the total cost of the services. If a second makeup artist is required or requested, the travel fee will duplicate. If travel time exceeds 2 hours, a hotel accommodation may be required for the makeup artist. This fee includes driving time, gas expenses, travel mileage & maintenance following.

 

WHEN IS THE FINAL BALANCE DUE?

The final balance is due on the date of your event and must be paid in cash or credit card on that day.

 

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Cash, Credit Card, or Venmo. If it is on the day of for any reason, we accept CC or Cash after the service. Your booking deposit will also be applied.

 

 

WILL I BE YOUR ONLY EVENT ON THE DAY OF MY EVENT?
Due to extremely high volume of clients there may be other appointments on your event day.
